There are some properties that you may buy which may not be up to standards. This is the reason why most people choose to buy cheap properties that will later on yield great returns. The economic crisis that the world is currently facing has made it almost impossible for people to buy properties abroad. The little money that most people have now is not enough to cater for their basic needs and also make investments.

There are a numerous reasons why Barbados property investment is a darling to most investors. One of them is that they have a record of good returns.

They are: For less than $95,000 you will get a property that is fully furnished. This is also the same amount of money that you will get each year for that investment.

I have new neighbors from Brazil, although I have not formally met them due to the fact that they are not officially moved in. They cut all the shrubs around their house into sticks, this doesn’t concern me, it just looks awful. We share a driveway and they also cut one bush on the property line sort of in half, they cut their half out of shape. I can’t tell them not to do it because it is on their side, however how do I bring up the subject to keep it uniformed in the future. And how do I sort out shoveling the driveway in the winter? I want a nice relationship and don’t want to fight with them. I was going to buy them a welcome to the neighbor plant but changed my mind after they hacked the shrubs, I guess they hate foilage.
