The American father still has visitation rights in Brazil that her can exercise, because the mother is very comparative. The court in Brazil, says what the mother did is okay. If the child is, given a chose, she would prefer to stay in Brazil with her mother. The child is three years old even says that she want her American daddy to visit her often in Brazil.

Brazilian wife lives in San Paulo and British husband lives in the UK.
As part of the divorce settlement, the husband was to buy a property for the wife in Brazil.
I’ve heard that the husband needs to sign for the papers, not sure if they needed his signature alone or of both people, but he had to go to Brazil to sign the papers.
Is this right?
