The property has some high cliffs and areas of easy water access. The property starts at sea level and extends up to a ridge elevation of 120′ and then back down to the perfect valley were the lake starts. The west part of the property has gorgeous sunset views and the eastside has beautiful sunrises. There is beautiful wildlife and incredible snorkeling right off the property. A dock is planned on the bay front for great boat access. The ocean is amazing with some of the clearest water in the world and only 10 minutes to one of the worlds best surfing beaches without the crowds. The fishing is great right off your property and some of the best deep water fishing in all of the Atlantic. wow, if the people are as nice as it is beautiful there, then i might just come down there for winter break. My family can’t afford to buy or even time-share there now since even American families that arent extravagantly rich are in a downturn at the moment,but the Pink Sands Hotel may be an option.That water looks so good I just want to dive into it head first and feel the waves break on my face,and chill during the sunset and have a beach bonfire to all hours of the morning.Maybe ill see u

Aww! Awesome video! I’m from Eleuthera and it makes me miss home! My parents’ house is on the cliffs in Eleuthera Island Shores (across the “highway” from Surfer’s Beach).

Its great that you like the video you are very lucky to have that peaceful place on earth. Here in America it is beatiful to but very over crowed and to much pollution. However I hope to enjoy the islands with you and take care of them!!!! I will be back in a few months
