Have any of these commenters even seen buildings along the coastline in Albania? This development will be only 3 stories high, as per the touristic area zoning. In Vlora and Saranda, buildings near the sea reach 8, 9 and sometimes 12 stories high. How can you complain about a small boutique luxury complex where the buildings are so low?

Also, FYI, we are not the constructors… If you want to complain to somebody, complain to the government, who make the building-permission-decisions.

po te kjo video po shikoje qe prape se prape … nje mut po i bejne as gje te vecante … thjesht beton …. po fajin e kemi ne qe po i blejme … jo keta … fshataret .. qe s e kuptojne qe edhe terreni ka renci jo vetem ndertesat …. qe nuk e din c do me thene lulishte apo arkitekture baroque etc … nejse nejse … nje keshile kam per ju edhe ajo eshte : VIZION …. edhe deshire per te bere dicka te bukur

te pakten te bejne dicka te bukur , jo si ato ndertesat qe bejne sa per t ju marr leket shqiptareve … po kur nuk kan mentalitet c ti besh …. nuk e kuptojne qe qualitet = me shume lek … kaq simple … po duam nja 10 -20 vjet sa te iki mentaliteti i fshatrave …
