   The closest companies I can find for you don’t directly sell real-estate but have exposure to it through ownership which should in term of equity returns, produce very similar results.
   These equities I will be suggesting for your needs are traded on non-US exchanges, but a good broker like International Brokers will be able to provide international orders for you.
   Eastern European Property Fund Limited
   Google Lookup Ticker: LON:EEP
   (Has some exposure in the Bulgarian real estate market, albeit slim, should contain some luxury exposure based on diversification of their real estate portfolio.)
   Raven Russia Limited
   Google Lookup Ticker: LON:RUS
   (Has overall real estate exposure in Russia, assuming they hold a somewhat diversified real estate portfolio there should be some luxury exposure in there, to what extent is questionable)
   Orco Property Group
   Google Lookup Ticker: EPA:ORC
   (It has exposure to what it says specifically as luxury hotels in 7 different countries, one of which is Russia. It also manages other non-hotel property types and again assuming a diversified real estate portfolio there should be more luxury exposure in there as well, albeit mixed.)
   I searched pretty hard using a lot of different terms to get these out these results, and from what I assume you’re looking for is somewhat of a “direct play” on Bulgarian/Russian real estate. Unfortunately I do not think one exists in the public equity markets. I hope the above help or at least give you a few more ideas!
