Wanting To Buy An Appartment In Bulgaria. Anyone Any Experience / Recomendations Please.?

Wanting to buy a property for investment and will need to rent it out. Have been looking at Bulgaria and I think it looks a great opportunity, but have never been. Where should I buy? Any experiences or recomendations of agents? What about mortgages? Any info greatly appreciated

    I would suggest that the priceshave already shot up there, and perhaps it is not the best investment in the world now. There has beenso much development, and there are a great deal of people who have bought trying to rent out there properties, so sure to have more than one or two void periods during the short season. Monthly average household income is about £250, so not much change for locals to rent it.
    Take a look at the Saturday and Sunday broadsheet papers- they are full of adds for property there- which is perhaps half the problem

    Try asking the same question or reading posts on Expatfocus, there are loads of brits who post.
