  1. see a solicitor quickly

  2. that are in his name thats all he needs

  3. you need to see a solicitor before he spends any more of your money, they’ll let you know what you can do and advise you

  4. First of all, it is very unwise to buy something with your joint money and then having it inn his name alone – how could you do that in the first place!
Secondly, do not ask amateur advice here – you need a professional solicitor and the money invested in him in money well spent.

  5. If they are in his name then I don’t think you have a leg to stand on, unless you have written proof. Get a solicitor to verify it though

never, never let a partner put any assests in just one name. when u do that, u have given him the right to sell them off anytime he or she wishes.
What u can do at this point – really the only thing u can do, is to go to court and have the sales stopped. U will have to bring proof of your marriage to the courts to prove that u are entitled to half the properties incurred during the marriage. Even if he sells it off, before u hit the courts, u are still entitled to half the profits and u can still take him to court for that.

  7. well he can do what he can legaly but now if you quitclaim your interest in the property to a person such as i i can muscle my way legaly and take him to the cleaners also of course all will be youyrs on a private level the fuckinb he gets for the ****** he gave .my specialty is cases such as yours
    god bless

  8. I don’t know about legislation and laws in UK but in Bulgaria all kind of properties obtaining during the marriage are shared family ones no matter under whom name is acquired and registered. Even going to divorce it must consider as ownership of both partners and children. But sure must be prove that money for this ownership were joint not only his one. Just take proper advice from professional in marital matters in both countries if can use local laws in your case.

  9. whether they are in his name or not, you are still entitled to half if you are married. Get a solicitor to advise you how to do this.

  10. Sounds like you may be totally stitched up. But speak to a solicitor as soon as possible.
Also the divorce should help sort it a bit.
