I Would Like To Purchase Real Estate And Start A Business In Bulgaria. Where Do I Start? Too Risky/expensive?

I’ve never owned anything, so I don’t know where to begin. Getting loans from whom? Will am American bank give me a loan for property in a foreign country, etc? I think my plan is feasible, but very complicated and I don’t know where to begin. I want to make this dream a reality. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

    I say go for it!
    Hostels are the way forward, but if you’re going to setup a Hostel you need to know what your competition will be in the area! Here’s what i could find: http://www.hostelmania.com/HostelCountry…
    Marketing yourself online, hookup with agents to sell your beds and everything should start going your way!

    -It’s not that hard at all. Actually the business opportunities are so much bigger, because of undeveloped economy.
