    Department of Foreign Affairs.They will sell you all of Bulgaria if you want it.
    Contact a Consulate for Foriegn land purchases and ask if is legal and what taxes are involved.

    buying in bulgaria is too expensive,why not in the philippines,I have property for sale a good site of land, in batangas
