Hottest right now is in Dubai as the economy is booming like mad. Prices for housing is skyrocketing and you can get a good ROI for your investment.

I was advised that there are problems ahead in Bulgaria due to landowners laws which were exploited so stay away from there!
Similar to areas of spain where some houses are bieng bulldozed due to incorrect planning proceedures – check it on net as i cannot remember exact details
