Has Anyone From Britain Bought A Property Abroad?
How was the whole buying experience? Are yiou glad you did it? I’m thinking of buying a holiday home in Bulgaria (not to make money out of, but to go there on holiday). Any tips?

Bulgaria is suppose to be a good place to buy.I bought a house in S. Africa with the wife.It has gone up 45% in two years. We rent it out through her family and with the exchange rate as it is we make double payments every month.
Tip: buy through a reputable agent who knows all the local rules/laws this will save lots of problems. Make sure that you know and understand everything in your contracts before you sign.If you are not happy and can’t get a good answer walk away.
Good luck.
Buy in an english speaking country
I understand that prices are cheap there but be care full you really need to know Local law, and the language barrier is difficult, I have bought property in the USA where they speak English??? but even then they have many different laws and rules that are hard to get your head around, hold onto your money till you are 200% sure you are buying what you think you are….good luck.
