I would like to eventually live in Brazil with my wife and would like to get a passport ASAP to make buying property and travelling easier. I was born and live in England. I must have an Iranian passport to travel to Iran because my Dad is Iranian. Will I be able to get a Brazilian passport and how?

    well i would apply for a visa not a passport though as you guys are already married you should be able to live there sorry im not sure though if i were u i would try the local citizens advice bureo they maybe able to point u in the right direction.
    or contact the brazilian embassey in london and ask them

    Eventually – Yes.
    You do have to apply for legal residency and live in Brazil for a few years but eventually you will be eligible for Brazilian citizenship.
    It will NOT be automatic just because you married a Brazilian.
    brazil does allow dual citizenships.
