The price: 110 EUR of a square metre.

    The real price for Agricultural land in Bulgaria is about 100 euro per 1000 square meter.Who wants to be millionaire.
    In fact for foreigners is not allowed to buy agricultural lend until 2011 year.
    At the moment in Bulgaria ex communists, now they are real millionaires have everywhere adverts to buy land from poor people for low prices about 50 euro per 1000 sq. m.
    In the villages in Bulgaria is very big misery and people who not escaped to work in western European countries have to sell family land for few cents because of surviving.
    I am living in Bulgaria now.
