Why is it when a Brazilian mother takes or retains her US born daughter in Brazil with out her American father is the same as stealing a piece of personal property from the US to Brazil? The American father still has visitation rights in Brazil that her can exercise, because the mother is very comparative. The court in Brazil, says what the mother did is okay. If the child is, given a chose, she would prefer to stay in Brazil with her mother. The child is three years old even says that she want her American daddy to visit her often in Brazil.
