    I am considering buying near Varna or Burgas. Would recommend traveling there to be able to compare. Lots or French and English are buying, fleeing their own high realty prices, I suppose.

    how much? they wher £15,000 4 years ago. Don’t believe teh hype. When there are a dozen adverts for bulgaria in the weekend papers youknow you have missed the boat, and you have!

    Don’t buy anything till you go out there either on a holiday or on a fact finding mission.
    Do thorough homework and have an exit strategy
